Telegram bot and chatbot development

Telegram bot and chatbot development that takes manual work off people: intake of requests, moving data between systems, alerts about events and answers to routine questions. Everything else still goes to a human.

A bot is useful exactly where an employee retypes data by hand or answers the same question in circles. A request arrives in a messenger, a person copies it into the CRM, creates a task, writes to the client, duplicates it in the team chat. Four operations, no meaning, and every step can go wrong. That is work for a bot.

A bot that tries to replace support entirely usually annoys people and damages the impression of the company. So we separate the two: the bot covers the routine and does it instantly, while anything complex or sensitive goes straight to a human along with the context already collected. The person does not start the conversation from scratch, and the client does not run into a wall of buttons.

The particular strength of messengers is that the person is already there. They do not need to install an app, recall a password or find the right section. If a scenario outgrows a conversation, the next step is a Telegram Mini App: a full interface inside the messenger, with authorisation and payments, but with no install from a store.

Bots usually stand next to business process automation, AI integration and corporate systems. The server side and the integrations are done by the backend, and once there are many scenarios the next step is mobile apps and Mini Apps. Our bots run in the exchange, on the staking platform and in the wallet.

What the service covers

Any combination of the items below can be taken on its own.

Bots for Telegram and other messengers

Scenarios, buttons, forms, attachments, roles and permissions. Separate branches for the client, the manager and the administrator.

Connection to CRM and working systems

A request from a messenger lands in the CRM by itself, with all its fields and its source. Statuses come back into the chat. We work with established CRM products and with your internal systems through their APIs.

Notifications and alerts

Reminders for clients, alerts for the team about requests, payments, failures and deadlines. With protection against a flood of messages, so that notifications do not stop being read.

Internal bots for the team

Leave requests, approvals, reports, access to reference data and statuses. The things that would otherwise mean opening three systems.

Requests, payments and Mini App

Taking payment inside Telegram, including through its built-in payment platform, and a full interface as a Mini App once a conversation is no longer enough.

Smart answers

Where it is justified, we connect a language model: it answers from your knowledge base with a link to the source rather than inventing. The boundaries of the answer are set in advance.

How we work

01
Discovery

We look at which operations people do by hand and what that costs per month. The output is a list of scenarios and an estimate.

2-3 days
02
Scenarios and prototype

We draw the dialogue branches and show how the bot will behave. Reworking is cheap at this point.

3-5 days
03
Development

The bot, the integrations, permissions, logs. Every iteration can be tried in a test bot.

from 2 weeks
04
Testing on people

We give the bot real requests and watch where the scenario tears. It usually tears where nobody expected.

in parallel
05
Launch and support

We ship it, watch errors and queues, and refine the scenarios based on feedback.

Frequently asked questions

A simple bot with request intake and notifications is built in a couple of weeks. A bot with payments, roles and integration into several systems costs several times more. We give an estimate by stage after the discovery.

A bot is a conversation: commands, buttons, messages. A Mini App is a full interface inside Telegram, with screens, lists and payments. People usually start with a bot and add a Mini App once there are many scenarios.

Yes. We work with established CRM products and with your internal systems through their APIs. If a system has no documentation, we work out the protocol ourselves, that is ordinary work for us.

Not always. If the questions are routine, scripted scenarios are cheaper and more reliable. A model makes sense where questions are phrased freely and the answer has to be found in your knowledge base.

Everything is set by the contract, and we put it in writing at the specification stage, before the work starts. The bot is registered under your accounts. Every approved stage is transferred to your servers and your repository, so the work accumulates on your side rather than ours. Once the project is closed, all code, materials and documentation are handed over to you together with the rights to them.

Yes, under a separate agreement: new scenarios, updates for changes in the messengers and on-call duty.
